- TruBalanx Health Care Pvt. Ltd. provides services intended solely for supporting individuals to achieve better health through nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle coaching. Our programs/services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- All fees will be received strictly in advance. Refunds are only made if the client has adhered to the program 100 percent and still hasn’t got any results with a minimum commitment of 6 months to the course.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded or transferred under any circumstances. The program can be paused and resumed anytime. Members/participants, and their family members/friends/colleagues/employees cannot record any session on any device, without written permission of TruBalanx Health Care Pvt. Ltd, and further upload/circulate/ share the exercise program/plans designed by TruBalanx Health Care Pvt. Ltd and its employees, as TruBalanx Health Care Pvt. Ltd is the holder of copyrights for the same. Any unofficial use will attract penal /IPR action.
- Everything that will be said in the classes is only to motivate the participants, so that they reach the maximum level of their body fitness, any kind of comparison is only for motivation and not to degrade / criticize, and in no way should be considered as a body shame.
- Members will carry out their workout pattern at their own risk. Management is not responsible for any accidental damage caused due to unadvised exercise schedule and/or use of exercise equipment. Members enrolling by not disclosing a history of previous illness/ailments/operations/prior diet program/post pregnancy/current pregnancy will do so at their own risk.
- Management holds full rights to reduce the session and timings available for any facility in case of any unavoidable circumstances. Results vary from person to person.
- By participating in our programs/plans, you consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during workout sessions for official purposes, including publication on TruBalanx Healthcare Pvt. Ltd’s website, app, and social media platforms. These materials may be used to promote wellness and inspire others. TruBalanx assures that all content will be used responsibly and ethically. However,
- TruBalanx Healthcare Pvt. Ltd is not liable for any unauthorized use or misuse of this content by third parties on the internet.
TruBalanx Health Care Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate services at its discretion in case of misconduct, non-compliance with program guidelines, or breach of terms. - TruBalanx Health Care Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
